When you have finished placing your order we will process and ship within 48 hours, by Australia Post - Registered Mail within Australia except where special requests are made by the customer.

If any of the items you have chosen are out of stock we will notify you via e-mail with an estimated delivery time.

 If your bead or charm is for a gift please let us know and we will gift wrap and attach a FREE card with your message
